I follow DJ Pauly D (from Jersey Shore) on Instagram and I noticed he is always wearing tee shirts plus one of his well-known lines is “it’s tee shirt timeee!” on the show so I messaged him about shipping him some happy guy shirts.
I tried a couple of times and I finally got him to answer when I showed him one of the black/gold tee color ways. I got in contact with his manager Jerry over email and I sent him over a few shirts for him and his crew.
Jeff also photographed the black and gold tank top version for the website. This color way looks pretty badass.
Lesson: Be persistent and create a color way that is eye-catching to you and to the audience.
I messaged Pharrell and Usher as well… still no answer.
