an empty ordered home

Ever experienced that?

If you have, then you know the amount of work it takes to keep it in order–and the very little amount of work it takes to have it get out of order.

It’s like the demon that was sent away, came back, saw an ordered empty home filled with nothing so it brought seven other demons to fill it up.

The house was disordered and in a worst place than before.

Ever try quitting social media? Try it. You get rid of one app and battle it out. You’ll be in a good spot in a couple of days then you seek distraction and it will be filled up with something else to distract you. Then two, then three.

This happens — happened.

Those that have figured it out know that we don’t live in a vacuum where you can just isolate yourself from social interaction or even distraction. The connected life is everywhere. Those that figured it out have filled up their time with fruitful distraction.

Setting our home or our social life in order will require us to fill it avoiding having emptiness waiting to be filled up by others, other things.
