There’s this pretty cool app by the name of Things.
I came across it about 6 years ago. I used their first version after seeing a whole tutorial video on it on skillshare.
They are now on version 3 and I think its a tool for peace. We all have “things” in mind and we need to unload these things which the app provides a great place for doing so.
You unload these things into the app which creates a task for each of them that you can then clear when you come to the app. This act of unloading the thing and putting it into an app frees up your mind and creates mental space which leads to some peace.
Ok so how do we then get all these “things” done? You now only have one thing to do. Set a reminder, an alert for checking the Things app in the morning and select what you want to complete if some other random thing pops into your head… simply unload it and get back to your things that you want to prioritize.
How to prioritize? Thats a whole other story.
