I sketched the figure of a human with the head blurred out about 5 years ago.
I captioned it as “unfocused” and included a date range which I can’t recall right now.
To be unfocused is to not have an aim for a destination.
When I make coffee every morning, I get up and I check the Keurig and if it has water, I proceed to make myself a cup of joe.
The destination here is a cup of coffee. I can get that done and it doesn’t require much focus because it’s probably already a habit.
The unfocused individual does not have a destination in the grand scheme of things.
Things like life, work, creative projects, fitness goals, etc.
Fill in the blank.
And to be focused is the journey for a lot of us.
This website where you are reading this right now is a quest to create an online environment of focus.
Don’t get distracted.
The focus and goal right now is to finish reading this.
Congrats.
